• Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 10:00 PM EST (New York) are processed the same day.
• Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

• Total Delivery Time: From order placement to delivery, it typically takes 6–9 business days.
• Notes: Shipping times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

Return Policy

• Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Conditions: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Personalized or custom products cannot be returned.

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through The Petriot Online Store. Currently, our return and refund services are available for customers in the United States. Additional regions will be added in the future.

Return Window

How to Start a Return

1. Contact Us: Email info@thepetriot.store with your order number and reason for return.
2. Return Approval: Once reviewed, we’ll provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
3. Pack the Item: Use the original packaging with all tags/labels attached.
4. Ship Back: Attach the return label and drop the package off at the designated courier.

Return Costs

• Wrong, Defective, or Damaged Item: Return shipping costs are fully covered by us.
• Change of Mind: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund & Replacement Conditions

• Change of Mind: Item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.
• Defective/Damaged Product: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. A replacement or full refund will be provided.
• Wrong Product Delivered: We’ll cover all return costs and send the correct item.
• Order Not Delivered: If your order does not arrive, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement.
• Order Cancellation: Orders may be canceled before shipping. If shipped, please use the return process after delivery.
