How to Start a Return

1. Contact Us: Email info@thepetriot.store with your order number and reason for return.
2. Return Approval: Once reviewed, we’ll provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
3. Pack the Item: Use the original packaging with all tags/labels attached.
4. Ship Back: Attach the return label and drop the package off at the designated courier.

Return Costs

• Wrong, Defective, or Damaged Item: Return shipping costs are fully covered by us.
• Change of Mind: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund & Replacement Conditions

• Change of Mind: Item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.
• Defective/Damaged Product: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. A replacement or full refund will be provided.
• Wrong Product Delivered: We’ll cover all return costs and send the correct item.
